Global Initiatives

The Kuwait-America Foundation partners with dedicated organizations in the United States and globally to support people and projects around the world. Launched in 2005 by Sheikha Rima Al-Sabah, UNHCR National Goodwill Ambassador and wife of the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Washington, D.C., KAF’s annual gala dinners have raised over $20 million dollars for organizations such as UNHCR and the USO.
